Andy Piggott, Chief Information Officer

Andy Piggott

Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer at Atlas Travel & Technology Group, Andy Piggott spearheads the digital transformation of one of the travel industry’s most innovative leaders.

Since joining the executive team in 2023, he has been instrumental in modernizing internal technology infrastructure and architecting customer-centric software solutions that redefine how travelers engage with Atlas.

With a career spanning over two decades at the intersection of technology, product innovation, and hypergrowth, Andy combines technical expertise with strategic vision to drive measurable business outcomes.

A seasoned executive, Andy has shaped the trajectory of global tech pioneers such as Oracle Cloud, Dyn (acquired by Oracle), and Rackspace. As founder and CEO of Incutio—a SaaS company acquired by Dyn—he honed his ability to scale disruptive technologies, a skill he later applied while leading cross-functional teams at Dyn to achieve $100M+ in annual recurring revenue. His tenure at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure saw him bridge cultural and technical gaps during critical integrations, while his role as Chief Product Officer at Section showcased his knack for aligning product roadmaps with emerging market demands, pioneering self-service channels that attracted thousands of new users.

Andy’s leadership extends beyond corporate walls. As a strategic advisor and board member for early-stage companies like Credmark and OpenRounds, he mentors teams to accelerate product-market fit and scale sustainably. His hands-on approach is rooted in a passion for software engineering—he holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Software Engineering from Lancaster University—and a belief that empowering teams fosters innovation. This philosophy drove his success at Minim, where he transformed a startup into a Nasdaq-listed enterprise under the Motorola brand, slashing customer response times by 90% through strategic technology deployments.

Originally from the UK and now based in New Hampshire, Andy thrives at the nexus of technology and human potential. Whether advising startups, speaking at industry conferences, or staying hands-on with code, he remains committed to a singular goal: leveraging cutting-edge tools to create seamless, intelligent experiences. For Atlas, this means building a future where technology doesn’t just support travelers—it anticipates their needs and elevates every journey.

Leadership in action: When Andy isn’t reimagining travel tech, he’s exploring with his kids, hiking New England’s trails or mentoring the next generation of innovators, proving that the best leaders never stop exploring.
